On Saturday April 7th, 2012 Northwest Cellars in Kirkland will be hosting a wine tasting event to benefit MEOW Cat Rescue’s public spay/neuter fund. From 1:00pm to 5:00pm there will be an open house at 11909 124th Ave NE, Kirkland, WA 98034.
Attendees will have the opportunity to taste five wines from Northwest Cellars. Once your taste buds are done dancing, you can purchase two custom MEOW labeled wines:
*Madrigal (a blend of Grenache, Mourvedre, and Syrah)
*the new Sonatina (a blend of Viognier, Rousanne, and Semillon)
The tasting fee is $10, and 100% of that will be donated to MEOW. In addition, 40% of wine sales will be donated to MEOW.
Please stop by and have “Sips for Snips” to benefit MEOW’s public spay/neuter fund. The custom labeled wines make great gifts!
MEOW’s mission is to promote lifelong relationships between people and companion animals, providing shelter and care for each cat until they are adopted into their forever home. MEOW’s goal is to help create a “no-kill nation” where people are responsible for their pets, where there are no helpless creatures abandoned in boxes or left to fend for themselves in parking lots, and where there is no longer a need for any healthy companion animal to be euthanized.
Each year MEOW is faced with the impossible and every day brings a renewed commitment to something they truly believe in, the motto they adopted from their inception, “all nine lives are precious.”
On Saturday April 7th, you can help them move closer towards that goal and vision. Come join them for “Sips for Snips” and help save lives.
