Pups on the plaza with The Early Show

To celebrate the launch of the ALPO “Real Dogs Eat Meat” Handbook, real dogs left their houses real early to head to The Early Show plaza and catch the live broadcast of the popular morning show.

Morning anchors and celebrity guests were happy to greet the pooches and pose for photos. Dave Price, a frequent guest at local animal charity events, included some of the pups in his weather segment broadcast. Harry Smith locked eyes with Cubby and said, “I love this dog.”

The cast of the hit show The Big Bang Theory signed autographs and greeted the dogs. Kaley Cuoco, who stars as Penny on the show, carried several pups around the plaza and seemed to be in doggy heaven. Kaley likes to spend time with her own rescue dogs, Petey, Leo and Zeus. She is involved in several charities including Animal Avengers
