Ambridge, Pennsylvania: According to pittsburgh.cbslocal.com, a Beaver County woman moved out of her home but left her three dogs there to starve to death. Police say that Jennifer Badger left two dogs in the basement of the home and another one in a detached hot garage where temperatures inside the garage reached well over 100 degrees inside. Authorities say that Badger left them all without any food, water, or a way to escape. Police stated that the dog left inside the garage was found severely dehydrated and lethargic from the intense heat.
Badger is being investigated for animal cruelty and the Beaver County Humane Society said they will be putting the dogs up for adoption.
