Returns and Exchanges:
Returns and exchanges are sometimes necessary. At Chickyz, we make the process 100% hassle free! Just follow these easy steps:
- From the Home page click on "Contact Us" and simply tell us why you are returning a product with the product name and if you would like a refund, exchange or credit.
- Send the unworn product to the return address listed below with a copy of the original receipt. (Bikinis shipped with protective lining must be returned with the lining)
- For your own protection, send the product with a shipping carrier that tracks packages.

Returns and exchanges should be received within 14 days from date of shipment for US domestic customers and within 60 days for international customers. Please allow 14 days for us to receive your return items and process your request for US domestic customers and 30 days for International customers. Whether you need your order in a flash or you have time to spare, we offer the following shipping options to meet your demands:

---- Under normal circumstances orders will be shipped by the next business day. ---- UPS will only deliver on Saturday under special circumstances. Please call to have your order delivered on Saturday. UPS does not deliver on Sunday. ---- Delays may occur due to weather, availability or during busy shopping periods. In some cases, items ordered together are not necessarily shipped in the package.
Shipping Costs:
Shipping charges are based on the U.S. mail and UPS shipping rates. Chickyz does not charge for the cost of carefully packaging your order nor do we make a profit on shipping. Saturday Delivery:
This service is available in limited areas for an additional fee. To see if your delivery area qualifies, call us toll-free at 1-877-834-0500 to place your order. International Shipments:
We ship international via UPS/U.S. mail. International shipments are sent at customer's risk. We are not responsible for confiscated orders due to the country's custom policies nor the country's import duties. For more information regarding your country's customs policies, please contact your local customs office.
Due to the high cost of shipping international, we cannot cover shipping costs on an exchange and a new order will have to be submitted. Backordered Items: If items are backordered, the total shipping and handling charges will be allocated proportionally. Free Shipping:
Free Shipping promotions will be shipped using the lowest cost shipping method (in most cases, U.S. mail ground service) within the US only. Pricing, availability, and terms of offer(s) may change without notice. Taxes, fees, shipping, handling and any applicable restocking charges are extra, and vary. Chickyz cannot be responsible for pricing or other errors, and reserves the right to cancel orders arising from such errors.
Special Shipping Items:

Chickyz sells some products that are shipped directly from the manufacturer. These items will be shipped separately from the items we stock. In these cases, the carrier may not be UPS or U.S. mail, but rest assured that you will still receive the same shipping option (ex. Ground, 1day, 2day),or better, and you will pay no more or less than the shipping option you have chosen. Ground shipping will arrive within 10 business days from the date your order is processed. If you need your order earlier, please choose a shipping option that better suits your needs.

Non-returnable/refundable items:
For hygiene reasons, some items are not returnable/refundable. Some of these items are, but are not limited to:
- Adhesive body jewelry
- Body piercings
- Soiled or worn clothing items
Any item that can not be restocked and sold, is not returnable/refundable. We are willing to hear you out on any case that may constitue an exception to this. Please feel free to contact us if you have any questions about a products returnablilty.
