During the summer of 2014, the Global Conservation Group will be touring through the most anti-animal rights and anti-gay parts of the country promoting kindness, compassion, and a vegan diet.
The tour will start July 6th and go through July 20th.
July 6, 2014: Mississippi
Cities: Jackson, Greenville, Mount Olive
July 10, 2014: Tennessee
Cities: Nashville, Smithville, Watertown
July 15, 2014: Kentucky
Cities: Ashland, Benton, Bowling Green
During the tour, the organization will be giving away free vegan food and promoting a plant-based diet. However, in addition to their animal rights message, the group says they'll also encourage acceptance of LGBT (lesbian, gay, bisexual, and transgender) people. They chose the three most anti-gay and anti-animal rights states and cities in the United States.
Because gay hate crimes occur often in the areas the organization will be visiting, the group says security officers will be on tour with the activists at all times.
The Global Conservation Group is welcoming anyone to join them on tour. If you live in the areas that they'll be visiting, they strongly encourage you to get involved with them. You're asked to email [email protected]/
