Cumberland County 4-H Open Dressage September Schooling Show Results

It was a beautiful day for a horseshow last Sunday, September 9. Cumberland County 4-H hosted the last of their Open Dressage Show Schooling Series at the Cumberland County Fairgrounds in Millville, New Jersey.

According to Ingrid Bergen, show secretary, the show had a good turnout. There was a total of thirty rides, varying in ages from 8 years old to adult riders. The show began at 9:00 am and continued until 1:15pm. Judging the riders was dressage show judge, Cindy Glaser.
In the Junior Introductory division, in Test A, there was one rider Isabella Lettieri riding Lad Skip R Star receiving the first place ribbon. In Introductory Level Test B, Nikayla Hetzell riding IMA Launder Hot Shot placed first, Madison Sauder riding Oliver Twist and Becca Mann riding Good Golly Miss Molly tied for second, Lane Culley riding Corvo Red placed third and Sara Allen riding LA Kool Aid placed fourth. And in Introductory Level Test C Jenna Killeen riding Sweet Dreams and Sara Allen riding La Kool Aid tied for first, and Lane Culley riding Corvo Red placed second. The Grand Champion of the Junior Introductory Division was Nikayla Hetzell riding IMA Launder Hot Shot.
Still in the Junior Division, in Training Level Test 1, there was one rider, Emily Kubrak riding Fresh Prince receiving the first place ribbon. In Training Level Test 3, Emily Kubrak riding Fresh Prince placed first, Grace Culley riding Li’l Lady’s Legend placed second. And Nikayla Hetzell riding IMA Launder Hot Shot placed third. Emily received Grand Champion for the Junior Training Level division.
There was one rider in the Junior First Level class. Grace Culley riding Li’l Lady’s Legend rode Test 1 and received the first place ribbon and Grand Champion in Junior First Level Division.
Moving on to the Intermediate Division, there was one rider in Introductory Level. Tabitha Camp riding Finders Keepers rode Test B for the first place and Grand Champion ribbons. Tabitha and Finders Keepers also rode Training Level Test 2 for a first place ribbon
There was one rider in the First Level Intermediate Division. Elyse Nelson rode Charlemagne in Test 2 and Test 3, receiving first place ribbons and the Grand Champion ribbon.
In the Senior Introductory Level Test A class, Karen Jacobs riding R D’s Honor placed first; Sarah Brennan riding Chocolate T placed second; Rissa Palashewsky riding Pepsi placed third; Jean Jordan riding Miss June Bug placed fourth; and Sammy Y riding Ima Cool Show Girl placed fifth. In Test B, Karen Jacobs riding R D’s Honor placed first; Michelle Chadwick riding Padres Pyper placed second; Sarah Brennan riding Chocolate T placed third; Rissa Palashewsky riding Pepsi placed fourth; Jean Jordan riding Miss June Bug placed fifth and Sammy Y riding Ima Cool Show Girl placed sixth. In Introductory Test C, Debbie Pharo riding Candy received first place. Karen Jacobs received the Grand Champion ribbon in this division.
There was one rider in the Senior Training Level Division. Debbie Pharo rode Candy in Test 1 for first place and Grand Champion.
Congratulations to all the riders. Coming up at the Cumberland County Fairgrounds is the4-H Hunter Jumper Series to be held on Saturday, September 15 starting at 8am. Spectators are welcome.
